I'm a UX/UI Designer who cares about positively impacting communities using design and data. With a background in psychology, finance, and marketing, I've had an opportunity to design for non-profits and brands in real estate and finance.
Most recently I was a design intern at AAPI community where I helped design a mobile app to bring Asian communities closer together. Here I facilitated design workshops, conducted user research, and built interactive prototypes in Figma.
Prior to that, I was a UX Designer (co-op) for Pairgap, a real estate startup, that allows people to co-own homes. Here I helped revamp their marketing website and built prototypes to let customers make better financial decisions.
I chose design as my career path because I realized I wanted a position where I could leverage the full breadth of my diverse skill set. A melting pot of experiences in psychology, project coordination, marketing, and design actually turned out to be ideal for crafting products and experiences that help people.
I'm super excited to see where this new career path takes me, the connections that I'm able to make along the way, and how I'll be able to further evolve my research and design skills.
